You can ask for four things: a swatch of vinyl or fabric, a sample of wood stain or finish, a chip of metal finish, and a piece of table top material. Tell us which pieces and options are on your shortlist, and the samples can match it. Fill in the form on this page.

You get an email confirming the request within one business day. UPS Ground carries the samples, typically two to three business days in transit.

Once confirmed, custom upholstery and special-order finishes are final, with no cancellation and no returns. Approve them on a physical sample first. Matching a room you already own? Ask for a current swatch, because the color lists move with time and an old shade may be gone.
