Who we are and how to reach us
This site belongs to Open Door Restaurant Furniture, and we look after what it collects. Send any question about your information to sales@restaurantfurniture.store. We read that mailbox on weekdays, 8 AM to 6 PM on Central Time; mail that lands after hours waits for the next business day.
What we keep when you order
An order saves several things. From the form: an email address, a name and a ZIP code, with a company, phone number and project notes only if you add them. From the basket: the furniture you picked, plus its finishes, quantities and prices. From the link you followed: which page sent you here, plus any campaign labels in it. A private dashboard shows each order to our team, and a copy arrives by email, so we can check it, quote the freight and arrange payment with you. The makers of the furniture and the carriers that deliver it get only the delivery details they need for their part of the job. Your information is never for sale.
Cookies and visit counts
Cookies first. One holds your basket and protects the forms; it expires when you close the browser. The other is secure and tells this browser which patio plans are yours; it lasts up to 400 days. Next, measurement. Four events are tallied so we can tell which pages lead to orders: a product page opened, a plan saved, an item added to the basket, and an order sent. A random reference ties one visit's events together, and it lapses after 30 idle minutes. None of these records carries a name, an email address, an IP address or a cookie value, and each is erased 90 days later. They leave out recognized bots, our staff, and any browser that sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Separately, the hosting provider keeps security logs, and those logs can include IP addresses. No advertising trackers run on this site.
Where your patio plans live
Patio plans live on our server, private to this website. A plan stores its name and your notes, then every piece in it with the quantity, saved price and finish reference, and a browser can hold up to 30 plans. The secure cookie is the only way in: clear your cookies or switch browsers and the plans stay out of reach. You never need an account, and a plan has no share link. Archive a plan and you can bring it back from the patio plans page. Notes are no place for contact or payment details.
Records, corrections and deletion
Order records get a review once 24 months pass with no activity, and anything we have no use for is removed. To see the order information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, email sales@restaurantfurniture.store. No form here wants a card number or any other payment detail. Once your order is confirmed, an invoice arrives by email with the payment instructions.
