How to order
How to order patio and dining furniture, step by step
Ordering here comes down to a handful of moves, and you can stop after any of them. You pay nothing at the moment of sending, and the site never asks for a card number.
Find the piece
Begin at the furniture index, or go straight to patio furniture if the terrace comes first. Chairs, bar stools, tables, table tops, bases, booths, benches, and accessories are sorted into categories, with subcategories by material and style.
Before you save anything for outside, check that the product is listed for patio use. If it isn't, it stays indoors. A wood-framed dining chair, or one with a padded seat, doesn't belong in rain and sun: it fades, swells, or rusts, and that kind of damage falls outside the warranty.
Choose the options and read the price
Open a piece and work through its options: finish, size, seat, upholstery, whatever that item offers. The price on the page follows each choice, and it is the furniture price of that exact version. Freight is never part of it.
Each configuration gets its own line. Order one chair in black and again in walnut, and you have two lines. Step outside the option lists and the piece turns custom: a fabric or vinyl that isn't offered, a finish or stain mixed to order, dimensions the standard range doesn't include. Custom pieces take longer, and once confirmed they can't be cancelled or returned.
Finish and fabric colors come and go. Reordering, or adding chairs to a room you already have? Get a new swatch and confirm the shade before you order. Free samples are available for upholstery, wood stain and finish, metal finishes, and table top materials, so request some before you commit.
Save it to a patio plan
On a product page, choose Save to patio plan. Keep one plan for each space: the front sidewalk, the back deck, the rooftop. A plan holds the configured pieces, their quantities, your notes, and the prices you saw. Those prices aren't locked. The basket recalculates each line from the catalog as it stands that day.
Plans are kept in the browser where you made them, on this site only, so no sign-up is needed, and one browser holds up to 30. Wipe your cookies or open another browser and the plans vanish from view. If a plan matters, download its project sheet. Everything starts at your patio plans.
Fill the basket and send it
Move a plan to the basket, or add pieces straight from a product page. Check each line and each count. Then enter your contact details, your delivery ZIP code, and any notes. Use the notes to give us:
- A PO number
- Tax-exempt status, or word that you're buying for resale
- Any liftgate, inside delivery, limited access, or residential service the delivery needs, since those are booked when you order
- A request to ship on a carrier account of your own
Our delivery area is the lower 48 states plus most of Canada. Homes are served too, through the residential delivery service.
Send it when it looks right. The site takes no payment.
What we do with it
A person reads every line. A stool that sits too tall for your counter, or two finishes that don't match: we write to you about it before confirming anything. Then comes an email, within one business day, that lays out the order as confirmed, what freight will cost to each address you listed, and how to pay.
Paying
After we've reviewed the order and confirmed the freight, an invoice goes out. You can pay by wire transfer, money order, check, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Stock orders are settled before they ship. Custom orders ask for 40% down, with the remainder due before the furniture is delivered.
An order needs at least eight pieces of tables and chairs, counted together in any mix. Booths sit outside that rule.
Lead time and the truck
For stock pieces, count on 14 to 21 business days; for custom work, up to about 8 weeks. Transit time is added after that, and it's an estimate, so build in some slack ahead of an opening weekend and tell us the date. A big order may travel in more than one load. Each address is quoted separately. The delivery page covers extras like a liftgate and the checks to run when the truck arrives.
After you approve
Changes to quantity, configuration, or delivery need our written agreement, and they can add freight and restocking charges. The returns page explains how cancelling works and what sending stock items back costs.
Keep the confirmation email with your project papers, and hold each delivery up against it when the cartons arrive.
Questions on the way
Unsure about a size, a finish, or a freight extra? Ask before you submit. The questions page answers the common ones, and a specialist can call you back on a weekday.
