Email is how we work. Write to sales@restaurantfurniture.store and a person reads it. Someone is at the inbox on weekdays: we open at 8 AM and close at 6 PM Central. Mail that arrives after hours waits in line until the next business day. A message or an order gets its answer inside one business day.

Lead with a word in the subject line

One word helps us route your message. Follow it with the project name, such as "FREIGHT Rooftop bar" or "ORDER Back deck."

Choices come easier with the piece, the space and the price in front of you at once.
  • ORDER: specs, pricing, and any change to an order
  • FREIGHT: delivery cost, extras like a liftgate or inside delivery, scheduling, shipments to several addresses, and Canada
  • CLAIM: damage in transit, missing pieces, and defects

What to put in the message

The more a first message holds, the less back-and-forth you'll have. Include:

  • The ZIP code of each delivery address
  • How many of each piece, by space (front patio, dining room, bar)
  • The configured version of each line: finish, size, seat, or upholstery
  • The date you need the furniture, if there is one
  • Anything about the site that affects a truck: no dock, steps at the entrance, a gate, tight receiving hours, a residential street

Got a PO number? Add it to the order notes. Tax-exempt, or buying to resell? Put that in the order notes too. A floor plan or a photo of the receiving door is welcome.

Several patios or several locations

One email can cover them all. List each address with its ZIP code, a receiving contact, access limits, and a target date, and attach the project sheet from your patio plans. Contractors buying for an owner: name the business, list the sites, and tell us who signs off on the confirmation and who pays the invoice.

For a claim

Damage you find only after unpacking has to reach us inside 24 hours of the delivery. For shortages and defects, send a written report within three days of the date the freight arrived. Begin the subject with CLAIM, give the order reference, describe what happened, and attach photos of the full piece, the flaw up close, and its labels. The delivery page lists the checks to run at the dock, and the warranty explains what it covers.

Rather talk it over?

A specialist can call you on a weekday. On the specialist page, choose morning (8 to 11), midday (11 to 2), or afternoon (2 to 6), Central time. If a call doesn't connect, an email from us follows inside one business day.

For finish questions, free samples are the fastest answer. You can also start a patio plan and send us the sheet along with your questions.
