Delivery: Trucks bring the freight to your dock or curb. Liftgate or inside delivery costs extra, so book it when you order. Delivery planning

Payment: The invoice follows once we confirm the freight. You can pay by wire, check, money order or card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Stock items are paid before they ship; custom work takes 40% up front and the balance before delivery. How ordering works
Returns: Cancellations must be in writing and arrive before production begins or the order is packed. Standard items may be sent back, and a 35% restocking fee applies. Custom items are final once confirmed. Returns and changes
