The invoice follows once we confirm the freight. You can pay by wire, check, money order or card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Stock items are paid before they ship; custom work takes 40% up front and the balance before delivery. How ordering works
Returns
Cancellations must be in writing and arrive before production begins or the order is packed. Standard items may be sent back, and a 35% restocking fee applies. Custom items are final once confirmed. Returns and changes
Warranty
Limited warranty periods go from 6 months on patio pieces to 7 years on non-swivel metal chairs and stools. Warranty terms
